The main ideal of our restaurant is to introduce authentic Mexican cuisine to the local community. Our food is based on fresh homemade daily cooked food. We proudly would like to share our family recipes that have been passed from generation to generation, something that we hold as a special gift.

History

Established in 2014.
Olga E. Gonzalez was born and raised in Mexico. At age 18, she pursued a degree of International Business with a master's degree in Marketing at a private university called Cetys Universidad in the city of Tijuana, Mexico.
Karim Parra was born in Orange County, CA, where he spent the majority of his young life. He completed his schooling and young adult life in Tijuana, Mexico. He pursued a degree in Accounting at the University of Baja California (Universidad Autonoma de Baja California).
Olga and Karim worked at the largest fast food chain restaurant, McDonald's, in the United States for over 17 years.
Our vision is to create a memorable moment in our customers' daily life. We open our doors to our community and feel a responsibility to transmit our company's culture of hospitality and spirit of friendliness. It will go hand in hand with our unique and unparalleled Mexican cuisine.

Olga G.
Olga was born and raised in Mexico. She had her first business idea at the age of seventeen and began selling women apparel from home and at her mom's work. At the age of eighteen she pursued a degree of International Business with a master's degree in Marketing at a private university called Cetys Universidad located in the city of Tijuana, Mexico. While she was going to school she worked part time in the largest fast food chain restaurant McDonald's in the United States. As she graduated from the university she climbed the ladder to ultimately become a Store Manager. She worked for the same company 17 years, and held her position as a Store Manager for 13 years.
Olga has always been passionate for cooking, and she has never been afraid of experiencing new foods. She has always felt that Mexican cuisine has not been represented well in the United States, therefore, she believes she has the knowledge and experience to introduce her recipes to the community.

  Great tacos! I wasn't expecting such great tacos due to location (in a mall/next to walmart) but I was very happy I went, the chicken tacos and salsa are worth going back for many times!

  High quality Mexican food made and tendered with care. I came here expecting mall food and was pleasantly surprised to find mall-food prices but much higher quality food. I got fish tacos, both grilled and fried, and both were delicious, fresh, and moist. It came with a side of greens and three sauces. Presentation was classy, restaurant was quiet and clean, service was prompt, and the people who worked there were nice and helpful.

  The best Machaca burrito I've ever had in my life. This restaurant is a little pricey but well Worth it. It has a great varied menu tacos sopes enchiladas burritos etc.I was there this last Wednesday with my wife and we both enjoyed it very much give it a try you will not be sorry.
